九年级上学期英语期中考试试卷及答案1
为了实施素质教育、全面有效提高北苑小学的英语水平，就必须做好学困生的转化工作。在学困生的转化工作中，老师除了倾注爱心，发现闪光点，因材施教，抓好反复教育外，还要注重后进生非智力因素与智力因素的的培养。本学期，本人结合三年级学生的特点制定如下计划：
一、学生分析：
本人担任的是北苑小学三年级两个班的英语教学工作。共有学生120人。其中部分学生的英语成绩较差，缺乏主动学习的兴趣，作业不能独立完成。他们学习英语很困难，很吃力，缺乏自信，没有信心，致使英语的口语、操作、动手能力都很差。
二、学困生形成原因及情况分析：
1.在小学阶段，英语学困生存在的主要原因多为非智力因素。英语的学习需要记下一些的生词与英语句型，基础的`学习，反复的操练对于活泼好动的小学生来说，这个过程是枯燥的，这对他们克服困难的毅力和决心是个较大的挑战。对于一些缺乏意志力的学生来说，这是一项难以完成的任务。
2.英语的学习涉及到听、说、读、写和翻译等方面的内容，且每一个环节之间都相互制约，有些小学生存在畏惧心理，在课堂回答问题时害怕出错，被老师批评，所以不敢主动回答问题;在遇到不懂的知识时，也不敢主动向老师提问，怕同学嘲笑自己笨，在这种情况下，不利于培养学生的英语能力，无法保证听、说、读、写、译的全面发展。
3.小学生在刚刚学习英语时经常有挫败感，没有成功的体验，那就无法感受到学习英语的乐趣，同时英语成绩也会日益下降，导致学生怀疑自己学习英语的能力，甚至对英语学习感到厌恶。
4.过去在小学的课程设置中主要学科仅有数学和语文，因此很多传统的教师目前还没有
认识到小学阶段英语学习的重要性，所以学校的英语学习氛围和大环境对于英语教学的工作都会有影响，对学困生的产生也是有所影响。
三、转化学困生措施：
1、培养后进生的自信心。只有树立起后进生的自信心，我们的转化工作才找到了起点。可利用班级的力量来帮助学困生进步，鼓励学习优秀的学生主动帮助他们学习，提高班级整体凝聚力，让他们认识到自己成绩的落后不利于班级的整体发展，感受到压力的同时，为了班级荣誉不断提高英语成绩。
2、要用科学的方法教育后进生。对学困生多宽容，少责备。要做到“三心”：诚心、爱心、耐心。
3、提高课堂质量，激发学生兴趣。教师运用创新的教学手法、活跃课堂气氛，注重对学困生的培养，即使是英语成绩较差的学生，也会有所进步，也可取得优异的成绩。
4、为学困生定制目标，有效提高英语能力。由于英语学困生的基础薄弱，因此对新知识的掌握也有一定难度，教师可以帮助这些学生定制学习目标，如课前预习、课后巩固等，有了奋斗的目标，他们就有了学习的动力。
5、家庭的配合是转化学困生的外部条件。父母在学生成长过程中的影响是很明显的，也是极为重要的。班主任和英语老师可通过家长学校、家长会议、家访等多种形式与家长相互交流，沟通信息。
总之，只要我们共同努力，坚定信心，科学教育，把转化学困生作为素质教育的一个重要方面和教师义不容辞的责任，这些迟开的花朵将会更加绚丽多彩。
